Introducing Estelle

Estelle Bogoch graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa with honours in Horticulture & Landscape Design. Originally from Montreal, she now lives and works in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada and has her own landscape design and installation business ('Days of Vines & Roses'). She teaches an 18-course diploma program in horticulture at Surrey College, BC, as well as landscape design courses at VanDusen Botanical Garden, Vancouver, BC, and gardening classes for the City of White Rock, BC. Estelle is the author of Crosswords for Gardeners: anecdotes, crossword puzzles, and gardening advice, available from the author or Whitby's Bookstore, White Rock, BC. Estelle writes a monthly gardening column for 'The Barnacle', a Crescent Beach publication. She is passionate about living and gardening in this part of the world. Look for regular monthly additions to this web site by mid-summer 2006 (such as design techniques, container gardening suggestions, and pruning advice, just for a start).
